What do you do

to start your day on a positive note?

This is what I do to boost my morning dopamine: I turn on some calming classical music, sip from my daily gallon of water, and reflect on the positives in my life.

If it is a rest day (if I am either sticking to cardio or skipping the gym entirely) I will engage in mindful stretching and just enough light kettlebell work to make my neurological system spark.

I find that sticking to this routine makes even the most daunting days brighter and more manageable!
